“No one is normal. Each of us is unique.
Learning to live that uniqueness
is the journey of our lives.”
Kim Gould

On the journey
A friend always called me ‘the eternal seeker’. Many people say to me: ‘It's incredible how many different jobs you've done and careers you've pursued in your life!’ However, such a colourful CV is not exactly what you need to impress the HR departments of large companies. But the corporate world was never my goal.
Everything in my life has been characterised by enthusiasm, dedication, commitment and the necessary qualifications (qualified graphic designer, art coach, qualified art therapist/painting and design). My motto: ‘Do it and talk about it.’
In deep trust
Personal development means accepting that you outgrow many phases and situations in life. And with that, the question arises again and again: Was that all?
I felt that there must be more, that I could discover unknown potential within myself and live my uniqueness. Of course, I only had a very vague idea of this potential, these abilities and, above all, my uniqueness.
However, I always trusted that things would continue to go well.
Guided by life
Today, I know that I simply tried out a lot of different things and let life guide me in a completely innocent way. This led me to the right people at the right time. And I was able to acquire a wide range of experience, knowledge and practical skills that benefit me today and define me in my work. I am very grateful to life for that.
Detours
Life is full of ups and downs. Nothing stays the same forever. Some days everything comes easily, while other days can be very tough and difficult. And it was precisely during the less pleasant times that I often forgot to let life guide me and to let go. I let my mind lead me down the wrong path. With lots of action and control, I tried to force and realise everything I wanted. The result was that my life became exhausting, marked by struggle, fear of scarcity and envy.

Play
I only realised I was in this state when I remembered how playful and much easier I used to be with life. I wanted to find a way back to that.
Through painting, drawing, designing and playing, I managed to calm my constantly chattering mind and get back in touch with my feelings. This reduced the anxiety in my head and made creative solutions visible and possible again.
In the meantime, I have found different, creative ways that I like to pass on to the people who come to see me. I have noticed that most people are stuck in exactly the same permanent mental cinema and are going round in circles.
What is success?
When we think of success, we always think of lots of money first. But it's really just about the zero behind the number. Some people have six zeros and others maybe only three. But both face the same challenges, the same ups and downs in their lives, which only differ in the number of zeros. The problems, both personal and professional, are equally challenging for both, and they always arise in their heads – where a constantly chattering mind has taken hold, thinking it is the boss.
What does freedom mean to you?
If I am able to enjoy my life happily and gratefully, to do whatever my heart desires – whether I have a lot of money or very little –
THAT is true freedom (including financial freedom) for me.
It is the ability to deal flexibly with the ups and downs of life without panicking or getting angry, or losing myself in irrational flights of fancy – and at the same time to stay on course when flying through turbulence.

Happiness as a permanent state?
That sounds simple, but I don't always manage it, because life has its ups and downs. Anyone who claims to feel great every day is not being honest. Happiness is not a permanent state. Perhaps we can only appreciate the good times when things aren't going so well at other times?
Recognising the small, inconspicuous and beautiful moments in between and accepting them with gratitude is happiness that I can create for myself every day.
How do I work?
I have a keen sense of people, am open-minded and receptive to a wide range of perspectives.
I like to take an innovative and process-oriented approach and have an innate knack for recognising other people's abilities.
My most important values are:
- Integrity (not promising anything unrealistic)
- Authenticity (walking the talk)
- Cheerful serenity and joie de vivre
I am a convincing change maker and call a spade a spade, which may be perceived as provocative. At the same time, I am known as an empathetic, loving and cooperative mentor, because I intuitively see what is >necessary<.
My concern is that people recognise their strength and their possibilities. And when I am allowed to show them where their real potential lies, they can develop the power to unfold their individuality and LIVE.
